Pastor David said,"encouragement is the oxygen to your soul"
I thought,"Then, i must have died long ago......!"

Since Mouse requested for random stuff to be posted, i shall do it.
Wait...... let me think
My life is not as interesting as *ahem BENJAMIN ahem*
so its pretty hard to think of random stuff.
-------------------------------------
Random stuff 1
-------------------------------------
I think 3-10 is a not-too-bad class.
If you know them well, they are nice people.
Some individuals just cannot be helped, because they think they are special and they make use of the name, sports class, to scare the mainstream people.
We hate the mainstream people and they hate us too, i guess.
Nothing can be done.
-------------------------------------
Random stuff 2
-------------------------------------
I think my juniors need to really improve.
if not,
we will not be able to get the title next year.
Filbert needs to pump gym.
Jerome needs gym too.
Jon Phua must grow fast.
Tim needs to improve his skills.
Alston needs to slim down.
Oops, i shall not continue further.
-------------------------------------
Random stuff 3
-------------------------------------
thats all!

There isnt any title to sum up my day so i'll just write the date.

CH remedial lessons in the morning. (CH)inese and (CH)emistry. Didn't learn much, total bore i guess. Not a good idea to sit with some guy called Clement who tried to draw on me.
Came home to realize that my dog tried to eat up my shoe, Great!
Thanks doggy, You did me proud! :)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Went for Chem tuition again in the evening with Jerald and Jing Peng.[The lame and deadly combination] luckily i brought my jacket along.
YAY, i got this new EVANGELION movie from a shop.
Cool! Collector's edition man!
----------------------------------------------------------------
It was a make-up tuition so we did not know the teacher.
He ROCKS!
He is funny and likes to clown a lot.
He knows how to teach well and i guess he is a better teacher compared to my other 3 chem teachers. *AHEM*
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
He had this funny conversation with this 'ah beng' student he called. Did i remember correctly?Teacher asked,"so what is the ratio?"
Beng said,"one mol is to mol loh"
Teacher asked again,"One mol of what is to one mol of what??? I can say one mol of monkey is to one mol of donkey what? Then you get one mole of MONDONG, is it?"
HAHA, it was really funny, too bad i cannot express it well.
This time slot for chem tuition is definately better than my original one. Maybe i should consider changing? Dunno, i realize my original chem teacher in that tuition centre likes to PRINT a lot.And he takes a long long long time to print the notes for us.
----------------------------------------------------------------
On my way home, i took bus 166. This Indian man helped to support a lady when she almost fell due to a sudden halt. So kind of him.
I dunno why racism exists man, all racists out there ought to be ashamed of themselves, what makes you so GREAT? HUH? *AHEM* not refering to any of my classmates here, YEA RIGHT.
When i was about to alight, i got up quite late to tap my card, THEN THE DOOR CLOSED BEFORE I COULD GET OUT!
"excuse me, i was about to alight, sorry" i said to the bus uncle.
HE OPEN THE BACK DOOR WHEN I WAS STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE FRONT DOOR!
It took me quite a moment to realize that the back door was opened.
Dont worry, i wont resort to punching bus uncles no matter what*AHEM HWA CHONG AHEM*
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thats all folks!

I think i've got to write about this interesting season.
It ended in the semi-finals, we lost to Damai.
I felt that i could have done better, last at bat i popped a high ball after swinging at a high ball, what a selfish act just because i thought i could make a good contact. Too late.
3rd and 4th meant nothing.
What mattered to us was to get the first place.
Most promising year so far in my cat high life, but we failed to clinch the first title.
Next year is the last chance, we must make it happen.

MUST thank the sec fours btw

Juncen-most senior of all, only when you attend training then the team will pack the equipment faster, you should come more often lol. Thanks for your support.

Joel-you always stay out of trouble, just be more punctual and you will be fine.

Andrew-very skillful and supports the team well.

Mou Sheng-skillful and powerful. You should smile more.

Hamin-not very close even though we went through two years of B div. sad

Kenneth-always stay out of trouble i think, very straight forward person i think.

Yong Cai-Same birthday as me, nice. shared mvp award. like twins lol.

I think you guys are the most skillful batch so far in my three years. Sorry because i think that im not really good enough to be the captain, skill wise, i know where i stand lol, maybe your dun acknowledge me because i've failed to improve up to everyone's expectations. Edmund's batch had very good teamwork and they were skillful, if only we had good teamwork too. Ben Oh's batch.... i felt that i was just there to fill up the gap because i did not really contribute to the the team that season. And last Saturday the Leo-and-i infield pop error happened again. I felt really bad because i was unable to communicate with Leo well. I don't really know what they think about me. Some loser maybe lol. Good luck for Os, you guys are the best.

Im pretty bad at living i think, if you get what i mean. I dun really talk to people im not close to. I talk a lot with my friends, we seem close as friends, but actually i am not close to them at all. If you really want to make me TALK to you, you must talk to me first, sorry but thats the way i am.

Third day of the camp:
Definately the most challenging day, we had to complete 3 activities: caving, climbing and abseiling.
Caving was the first activity, we walked into some jungle area and took quite a while to get to the caves... Inside the caves, it was cold, dark, yucky, slippery, rocky, smelly. We explored the caves and had to fit our bodies through all those small openings in between rocks. i could not imagine what will happen once you lose balance and fall, it will probably be bloody and dirty. Cuts were unavoidable because sharp rocks were all over the place. I thought that caving would be the dirtiest activity of all, it turned out that i was wrong. :)
Climbing was next, the rock climbing part was quite easy, BUT, here comes the BIG BUT, i was crazy enough to follow the instructors into another cave after we were done with the rock climbing, along with 13 other crazy classmates. The instructors wanted to show us the "shining stones" (sounds magical, huh?) found in the cave. At the end of the ordeal, i failed to catch a glimpse of the so called "shining stones" because all i could think of was to get out of the cave immediately. The experience was pretty horrifying, we had to CRAWL for a distance of about 30 metres. With my shirt stucked onto my skin and hair plastered to my forehead, (phrase taken from lord of the flies sorry) i persevered and did everything to get out of the cave. (I had to get out anyway) This was the part whereby we got REALLY dirty.
The abseiling part was pretty boring because at the end of the day, we did not get a chance to make an attempt as we had to get ready for dinner at the resort. However, one of the instructors was cracking lame jokes all the while when we were up on the hill.
During the camp, our class started a lame jokes trend. Everybody was sharing lame jokes around, and our teacher-in-charge was involved too.
Our last dinner of the camp, not a pleasant one, humiliated in front of the mainstream, don't want to talk about it. It was nobody's fault i guess.
After all the scoldings and all the conflicts amongst our classmates, two camp instructors came to console a group of us. I remember they said,"everyone is different, so you cannot change their perspective of you, he has the right to dislike you, you also have the right to dislike him, but all you have to know is that you are the best, do not care about what others think, prove it to them that they are wrong."
Many thanks to them who gave us support.

i shall end my post with a really stupid joke i have created.

wai kuong: wad do you name a Guru trapped inside a can?
somebody(forgot, i think it was Jerald): Genie?
wai kuong: no, its a can-guru (KANGAROO)

(CHILL)

WAIT, somemore, this is an add-on to Jerald's joke
QN:why did the tomato blush?
ANS: because it saw the salad dressing (CHILL)
QN: then why was the salad shocked?
ANS: because it saw another thousand island(dressing). (i think it doesnt make sense lol cause i made up the second part)

last 1:
QN: why do you find seashells on the seashore?
ANS: because you see-shells (seashells)

I GUESS I DUN HAVE THE TALENT TO THINK OF LAME JOKES AFTER ALL!

52 km of cycling in MALAYSIA. That was what we were told by the teachers. It sounded really tough, but it turned out to be not that bad. Surprisingly, i did not have any muscle cramps or whatever. Many students' bikes broke down during the first quarter of the race. Poor ES, he fell and got stitches and a fractured finger.(OUCH)
3rd quarter i came in second after JS, greatest schievement for the day YAY.
Nothing much for the second day, the cycling part was tiring but fun because i spent time talking with my friends while riding the bicycle. Thank GOD my bike did not spoil like what my friends have encountered.
Uphills and downhill, uphills and downhills, UPHILLS AND DOWNHILLS. This pretty much sums up the whole journey. the downhill part was WHHHHHEEEELLY FUN. the uphill part was simply hard, I had to push through some of it.
At night, we came to this new campsite. Sadly, its in some sort of a cave. At night, it was pitch-black. SCARY, thats why our class decided not to have a ghost story telling competition.

Finally, the sec 3 camp is over. It was fun and REALLY challenging. Great experience.

(PART ONE, READ NEXT PART IF YOU ARE NOT INTO SOCCER)
FIRST DAY:
I invited some friends to my house to watch the Champion's league final. MAN U won CHELSEA on penalties. Nice match, even though i felt that CHELSEA should have won. MAN U was owning away in the first half, but they ended it with a 1-1 tie. MAN U let its guard down and CHELSEA dominated the whole of the second half, but they failed to score. So the score was 1-1 before extra time.
Penalties:
Everything was going fine for CHELSEA after RONALDO missed the penalty.(some say expected) It came to the last shot, CAPTAIN JOHN TERRY(of BOTH England and Chelsea)
was ready to take it. He slipped and missed the target. (I shall not continue further)
What i have learnt from this:
It is tough to be a Captain. In this case, im refering to JOHN TERRY. He had to shoulder the responsibilities as a team Captain and also as a team Player. What i mean is that he had to make sure he contribute to the team and also set a good example for the rest of his players.
If given another chance to cap the team, i must make sure i improve and set a good example for others to follow. Only through this, the team can improve as a whole.

(PART TWO)
After watching the match, we set off for school. Nothing much from then on till the evening. We took a bus to Malaysia and came to this camp site (some island). We pitched our tents and i shared tent with ZP and YC.
That night after dinner, we sat down together as a class and shared our GHOST STORIES. While everybody was listening attentively, i heared a scream from the opposite shore.(OH DAM)
Dom: Wai kuong, you heard that?
I nodded my head. (OH DAM)

They talked about HC ghost stories, which made me reconsider going to HCJC after Os.
That night, i slept outside the tent because i realized that three big guys can never share a small tent due to limited space and the heat. The sand was nice to sleep on. (anyway)
Thats all for the first day, i shall talk about the second day in the next post.
