Today the softballers did the strength test.
In the morning, we did the agility test.
My acceleration was really slow man, got thrashed by Jerald badly.
But i was happy that i improved.
Quite fast ARR! Jerald.
Improved alot ARR!! Kayue.
Then it was the gym test in the afternoon.
The thrower coach asked me what was my target for the squats.
I said,"dunno"
She said,"You don't have a target? Athletes go to the Olympics with a target"
I said,"Erm, maybe 110kg?"
I am happy that i achieved my goal and got myself a gold medal :)
But, no medal for bench press, Jerald was simply too gay.
Quite strong ARR!!, Kayue and Jerald.
Quite big arr!!!! lol
